I always knew that a career in the natural health field would be the perfect fit for me. After growing up in a town of 120 people and developing a strong, Curious George-like desire to travel and explore the world, I made a commitment to myself to do just that. Upon graduating with a Doctorate in Chiropractic, wanderlust took me on an incredible adventure around the world seeking a variety of different natural healing techniques. Primarily influenced by teachings learned in New Zealand, Holland, Thailand, and on an array of world-traveling luxury yachts, the integrated therapy that I practice was born. This technique is a unique, therapeutic blend of sports and deep tissue massage, Thai massage, Chiropractic care, myofascial work, assisted stretching therapy, self-care techniques, body talk therapy, plant medicine, and nutritional and lifestyle recommendations to promote healthy living.

This ultra-mobile service is currently being offered to the Twin Cities, MN metro area, allowing the client to choose where the therapy is going to take place. Therapeutic massage and chiropractic skills are taken to the next level by utilizing portable equipment and bringing this professional service directly into the comfort of your home or office. Yes, that means I come to you. Sessions range from 60-120 minutes, and primarily focus on addressing skeletal, fascial, and muscle compensation patterns that have developed within the body. It's worth noting that this is both an active and a passive therapy, which means that we will be working together to decrease muscle tension, increase joint mobility, and improve balance, strength, flexibility, and alignment within the body. Simply stated, it is less of a "me" and more of a "we" activity.

Outside of The Nomadic Therapist, you can find me learning a new technique, cooking traditional foods, practicing yoga, foraging, reading, tending to our backyard chickens, traveling, or exploring nature with my husband and two young boys.
